Christopher Shaw are pleased to announce their new Out of Hours Maintenance service.

If you are a tenant and you have an emergency out of hours we now a dedicated helpline.

Our specialised call handling service is manned by highly trained and experienced property management professionals and consultants. We believe this expertise is vital when determining if a contractor is required to attend out of hours or not, as we do not like to incur cost for our clients if they can be avoided.

The 24 hour helpline will be open to tenants Monday-Thursday between 6pm-9am, and from 6pm Friday - 9am Monday.

It will also be open over all Bank Holidays, including Christmas.
