Terms & Conditions
*For a referral to be accepted the party being referred cannot be a current or previous client of MRKT Property Experts.
*If the instruction is managed, both parties will receive £250 in cash or credit. If the instruction is Let Only, the offer will be reduced to £100 and only paid to the referrer.
*The offer is only available on new tenancies. Mid-tenancy instructions are excluded from the offer.
*The offer is subject the referred landlord signing our terms of business setting out instruction for a minimum 12-month period from the start of the prospective tenancy.
*The offer will be confirmed and completed when tenants move into the referred landlord’s property, after which the referrer will be paid in cash (bank transfer), and the referred client credited (if managed).
*We will not uphold the offer for clients who refer themselves.
*Staff of MRKT Property Experts are exempt from this offer.
Definitions –
Referrer – Client who refers on a new customer to MRKT Property Experts
Referred Landlord – Prospective client referred to MRKT Property Experts
Instruction – Instruction to act from the referred client.
Managed Instruction – Services for either full management or rent collection.
Let Only – Services for finding tenants and set up only.
