It has been just over a month since the UK was largely 'locked down' - this has affected all industries and markets, and we thought we would share some thoughts on the experiences we have had so far, how we see the market, what interest levels are like on available rental properties and what the rent arrears picture looks like.

Hopefully there are some positives to take away from this, and there are good signs that the market will still be moving forward once we get through this.....
